Pranavi

Pranavi is the daughter of Bijendra, a daily wage laborer whose family is well-loved throughout their village. Bijendra seeks work wherever he can find it—whether in construction, field labor, or loading goods—but steady employment is rare.

To supplement their meager income, the family has tried several small businesses, each met with hardship:

A Home-Based Shop: They opened a small meat shop, but its location in a low-lying, remote part of the village meant there were too few customers to sustain it.

Livestock Rearing: They attempted to raise goats as a financial safety net. Tragically, because their home sits on the edge of the village near the wilderness, three of their goats were killed by leopards and bears, resulting in a devastating financial loss.

These setbacks have made it incredibly difficult for the family to meet their basic needs, particularly the costs of Pranavi’s education. Support from a sponsor through the Hope for Angels Program would provide a vital lifeline, ensuring that this young girl can continue her schooling despite her family's struggles.
