Winnifridah was born in Kenya in2008.
She is now 13 years old. She comes from a disfuctional family , her mother and father separated five years ago, She lives with her sick mother and the father is a casual labourer in one of the tea farms in Bomet county in Kenya. Because of the difficulties of family set up and lack of essential basic needs she has been out and in of school. At her age she is supposed to be in grade 7 but because of going to school on and off she is presently in grade 5.
